We are excited to announce that we will be offering a Sport Yoga Class at CircuitWorks!

You workout hard at Circuitworks! It's important to strengthen and recover. We got you.

Beginning April 28th

Sport Yoga combines Western Recovery Modalities and Eastern Hatha Yoga into 60 minute class in which you get stretching, stabilizing, mobilizing and energizing in one session. In short, this class is the Yin to Circuit Works Yang. Sport Yoga will serve to help you recover more quickly from your intense workouts and improve your performance in and out of class. By the end of the hour, you'll leave Circuit Works feeling relaxed, open and centered.
