3 of our favorite protein shakes

After searching the internet, blending, and tasting; we wanted to share with you our top 3 favorite protein shakes!

Number 1

Vanilla coffee shake...obviously.
1 ½ cups low-fat or almond  milk
2 scoops vanilla protein
½ cup low-fat coffee flavored ice cream

Number 2
Very Berry shake
Full of fiber, phyto-nutrients, and probiotics

12 oz water
1 cup spinach
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp ground flaxseed

And last but certainly not least!
Chocolate Peanutbutter Banana shake!!!!!

12 oz water, almond milk, or yogurt
2 scoops chocolate flavored protein powder
1 banana
1 cup of spinach
2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
1 tbsp cacao nibs or dark cocoa powder

Don't skip the protein powder! Protein is essential for muscle building. Muscles create that toned look.
Feel free to use smoothie 2 or 3 as a meal replacement, however smoothie 1 will not be filling so have it along side breakfast!
