About CSR
Raphael Verela, owner of the highly acclaimed Circuit Works Studio in Venice Beach, founded CSR. A US Marine Corp Veteran and health and fitness expert, Verela created CSR while searching for a way to make spinning more exciting and relevant to people looking to lose weight and tone up their mid section. He wanted to offer clients a workout that focuses on the areas of the body that are the most susceptible to fat deposits – the butt, hips, thigh and abdominals.
Packed with fat burning techniques from start to finish, CSR gives students a highly effective workout that helps you to lose weight and build strength. The workout features 20 minutes of spinning, 10-20 minutes of abdominal and core strengthening exercises followed by 20 minutes on the treadmill. It’s the fun and effective way to burn fat and lose weight.
