Will Circuit Works be too hard for me?
The classes are designed for all fitness levels. The routines and trainers act as a guide and you go at your own pace. As you continue with the program Your Level of fitness will increase. This allows you the student to set realistic goals for yourself and with the assistance of our Trainers, you will be able to accomplish them. The work out is like sharing a personal trainer with a group of people.
Is the class taught by an instructor?
Every class is taught by a certified instructor who will guide you through the routine.
What do we do in class?
We do a variety of Cardiovascular and Weight Bearing activities in each 60 minute session. In every class you will go from cardiovascular Spinning or walking/running on the treadmill to a resistance exercise station/machine. We spend 1-2 minutes on each station including cardio. After 45-50 minutes we do 5-10 minutes of Abdominal work, followed by cool down stretches.
You go at your own pace. As you continue with the program, your level of fitness will increase. This allows you the student to set realistic goals for yourself and with the assistance of our Trainers, you will be able to accomplish them. What are the packages?
The packages range from 3 to 12 Month memberships or 1 to 30-pack classesb>, and you could go anywhere from 1-7 times per week. (see more here)
How many people in the class?
Circuit Works has a maximum of 20 students per class.
What if I want/need personal training in addition to the class?
We will work out a program that is just for you based on your needs. You can do one, the other, or both. We will do whatever it takes to get you to your goals.
