Our Group Circuit Training sessions switch between a series of 10 weekly-changing resistance (anaerobic) stations strategically integrated with a series of cardiovascular (aerobic) stations. This switching keeps the body from choosing the energy expenditure it’s going to use, and in turn increases the body’s fat expenditure by more than 500%. What happens in a Circuit Works Group Training Session?
- This is a highly effective Interval / Circuit Training workout routine that rotates through a series of stations combining Aerobic and Weight Training exercises
- The Aerobic activities include the Treadmill, and an assortment of creative cardio routines
- The Weight Training routines incorporate machines, free weights, resistance tubing, and stabilization / core strengthening exercises
- The routine changes every week to prevent physical plateau and mental boredom
