GETTING STARTED

 

HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?

Plan to arrive at the studio 15 minutes early for your first circuit training class.  There is a mandatory 2.5-minute safety orientation video that all first-time clients must watch.  After the video we will get you signed in, show you around and introduce you to your trainer. If you are 18 or younger we need your parent or guardian to sign a waiver in person.

 

WHAT TO BRING

Good walking or running shoes and a water bottle - leave the rest to us. We provide the towels, the inspiration, the bangin' music, and the guarantee you’ll leave wanting more. 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Support and guidance every step of the way!  If you have injuries, movement concerns, or just want a more challenging experience, please let us know. We can modify the workout to fit your needs.  That’s what our trainers are here for.  We pride ourselves on the group personal training aspect of what we do.  Video monitors along the wall display every routine you will be doing throughout the class.  You will know exactly where to go and what to do.   This, in turn, allows our instructors the time to make the proper corrections and adjustments for each client at every station- just as a one-on-one personal trainer would.

 

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE

How fast the time flies and the sense of community you’ll feel- not just from the trainers and staff but also from your fellow CircuitWorkers.  Plan on having that spiritual breakthrough, that sense of empowerment.  You'll walk out a different, stronger, better person.

 

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy.  Should you reserve a space in class and fail to cancel 12 hours in advance, you will be charged for the class.  If running late for class, please notify the studio.  We are always happy to hold your spot!  We do, however, release reservations to the waitlist if you are not present at the start of class.
